This study aims to determine the mediating effect of social capital variables on psychological and leader-member exchange organizational citizenship behavior with a employees PT Pos Indonesia (PERSERO). The sample this research is all (Persero) Semarang Post Office Ungaran Area who have working period more than one year. analysis technique uses statistical regression testing, validity reliability determination hypothesis testing. results that LMX significant OCB. capital, Isocial mediates imodal psychology Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
